PowerColor HD 5770 BattleForge Edition V2 graphics card launched
PowerColor has added another variant of the Radeon HD 5770 video card to its offerings, this time equipping it with a simpler GPU cooler in order to cut costs down a bit without cutting back on performance. The company's new HD 5770 BattleForge Edition V2 graphics card has the same basic features as any other card from any other company--two dual-link DVI ports, one HDMI port and one DisplayPort output. Onboard you'll find 800 stream processors, 1GB of 128-bit GDDR5 memory, one 6-pin PCI-E power connector, support for ATI CrossfireX as well DX11. It comes with a coupon for a free copy of Battleforge, but it will still be slightly cheaper than the original reference design model. The difference probably won't be a lot, but penny pinchers are free to get excited.
